Rath & Strong's Master Black Belt program focus's on how these skills can be targeted and improve upon in its development program. The programme which was exclusively only delivered in-house for its global clients, but now is being offered for the first time in Asia to a wider audience.
The MBB programme has 3 stages :-
- 1. Pass the pre-requisites - are your ready to be a MBB?
- 2. Complete & pass the 5 day MBB course with Exam.
- 3. Complete the individual development plan. Development plan
- Each candidate will be mentored so they can receive their certification when they have achieved the
world-class standard.
MBB Ready - Each candidate will be assessed for inclusion in this programme which will bring the Master Black Belt Certification standard that GE, J & J, Pfizer, Schneider and many others have trusted as the first reference.
