CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTIONS: All cancellation of training must be made in writing. If cancellation is received less than three weeks before the event, no refund is given. If cancellation is received less than four weeks but more than three weeks before the event, 50% will be refunded. If cancellation is received at least four weeks before the event, 80% will be refunded. Substitutions is allowed and subject to pre-qualification process by the licensor.
