Dr. A.Aruleswaran

  • Dr. Arul is the principle consultant and a strategic advisor aiming to assist companies to develop strategies and execute plan through continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Pursued his Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering whilst lecturing in the School of Technology at Oxford Brooks, Oxford, UK.
  • Moving into a career of R&D, continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma, Dr. Arul started career as research scientist for Aluminium rolling and continuous casting process and engineering measurement technologies.
  • Hold a Black Belt under LSS (George Group) and a Master Black Belt (Rath & Strong) for various improvement, strategic and multi generational planning program for Business groups and Technology Innovation group.
  • Dr. Arul is also the founder of DMAIC.net, the Australasian knowledge base and exchange portal for LSS.

    Mr. Tham Chek Chung

  • Mr. Tham is a principle consultant providing training and coaching to various kinds of industries that embarks on continuous improvements based on the LSS Methodology.
  • Obtained Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Wichita State University, Kansas, USA (1995).
  • Began his career in 1996 as a Production Engineer in an electronic company which produces television parts.
  • With over 15 years in consulting & training, he has lead teams of change agents and was responsible for non-stop production including safety and meeting quality standards in an innovative way. His remarkable performance and vast experiences in manufacturing processes and supply chain make him become a critical resource for the organization.
  • Fulltime Black Belt and frequently involved in Kaizen, Total Productivity Management (TPM), task force team and LSS projects.
  • Been certified in Manufacturing Management by Federation of Malaysia Manufacturers (FMM), ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14000 as an internal auditor.
  • Experienced in Leadership Development Program conducted by Outward Bound Malaysia, Lumut.
